Return Policy

1. All returns must be approved and assigned an RMA Number before any item can be accepted for return.

2. Absolutely no return on electrical items with the exception for warranty exchange.

3. Absolutely no returns on special order items.

4. Absolutely no returns on lawnmower blades.

5. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the total order plus the original cost of shipping and handling. The cost of shipping and handling is based on the actual cost or the invoiced cost which ever is greater.

6. All returns that are shipped without prior authorization are automatically subject to a $25.00 penalty plus any restocking charges.

7. Zacm Company is not responsible for any item that was ordered in your error and returns of such order will be forbidden without restocking charge or prior written approval.

8. Zacm Company reserves the right to refuse any item for return for credit, refund or any other form of payment at our discretion.

9. Price Match Guarantee: We do not match prices with on-line auctions, Auction Houses, Auction Companies, on-line surplus outlets or any form of closeout or surplus outlet stores. We will match prices with any Legitimate Efco or Tecomec dealer on the exact same product. Shipping and handling excluded.

Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

Zacm Company shall not be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to information or the transmission or delivery of any or all part(s) thereof, for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the materials or information. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of materials, parts, manuals, etc. and the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, currentness, validity and quality of any Information is with the purchaser.

IN NO EVENT WILL ZACM COMPANY BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY (i) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ), OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE AVAILABILITY, USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY INFORMATION PART MANUAL OR WHOLEGOOD, EVEN IF ZACM COMPANY SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE; OR (ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANY MATERIALS, PARTS, MANUALS, WHOLEGOODS, INFORMATION ETC.

PRODUCT PURCHASED FOR DIMENSIONAL AND OR REPRODUCTION PURPOSE IS FORBIDDEN.  ALL WARRANTY, RETURNS AND OR REPLACEMENT REQUESTS  WILL BE REFUSED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

All Sales are considered Final.
